The new Wanneroo Civic Centre will be a building with a roof terrace and basement.   The mechanical installation includes 3 plantrooms, variable air volume systems, and air diffusion incorporated into timber – feature ceilings and continuous perimetre linear grilles.  This is currently still under construction and is Airdivision’s biggest contract to date.
